Bug Description

Please backport supertuxkart 0.8-1 (universe) from raring to quantal.

Reason for the backport:
========================
STK 0.8 offers a host of improvements and new features (see http://supertuxkart.sourceforge.net). More importantly, since this version uses the embedded copy of irrlicht provided in the source package (see debian/README.source for my rationale), it's not (or shouldn't be) affected by bug 1011180 (and its many duplicates).

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s quantal -d precise supertuxkart

* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] supertuxkart-data installs cleanly and runs
[X] supertuxkart installs cleanly and runs

I uploaded the backported package to this PPA: https://launchpad.net/~vincent-c/+archive/vincents-sandbox

Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of supertuxkart. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new supertuxkart. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new supertuxkart installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.

supertuxkart-data
-----------------

supertuxkart
------------
* junior-games-gl
  [X] precise (Reverse-Recommends)
* ezgo-games
  [X] precise (Reverse-Recommends)

(These are all just metapackages.)

The only way to backport to precise at the moment is through quantal. Could you please confirm that the supertuxkart binaries install and run on quantal?

I can confirm that these packages install cleanly and supertuxkart runs on quantal. Thanks!
