Bug Description
1. Opened contents of rubbish bin and selected a deleted directory.
2. Double clicked the directory name that was empty.
3. Used the left pointing arrow to return.
4. The up/down handle on the right hand side of the screen was no longer available.
5. Select a different directory and handle returns.
6. Tried several directories in the home directory and the same happened in two out of thirty tried.
7. Went back to the rubbish bin directory and 9 out 10 directories stopped the handle from appearing.
