slingshot arrow at wrong position

Run the following command and logout and back in and see if it changes:

gsettings set org.pantheon.desktop.slingshot open-on-mouse false

More or less. Did you play with settings recently? Because you may have triggered open-on-mouse by accident, or it got activated by itself, and that's a bug. Anyway, I'm planning to remove it since it's quite pointless, so it won't create any future problem.
