Bug Description

After every reboot the Master Mono sound is set to mute, forcing me to change it every time.

I forgot to add that When I execute the last line: "LANG=C pulseaudio -vvvv --log-time=1 > ~/pulseverbose.log 2>&1" it never stops of executing so i interrupt it with crtl + c

the usual problem is pulseaudio mute o'clock playback switch but won't unmute
