Bug Description

Running Ubuntu 7.04 on two machines. Both of them have "Desktop Effects" enabled. When you VNC to a machine that has Desktop Effects enabled, the screen loads, but does not respond. It appears that it does not refresh the screen at all if you click on anything.

I apologize this is attached to "Ubuntu Documentation/compiz" - I'm unfamiliar with the Launchpad interface and cannot figure out how to remove it from this category.

I can reproduce this behaviour, no updates are sent to the vnc client, even though all actions (mouse movement, keys, ...) is still transfered and applied to the remote computer
