And ktorrent 4.3.0-1 is available in Debian experimental.

Looks like libktorrent 1.3.0-1 is failing to build due to issues with the symbols files, which is in turn preventing ktorrent from building: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libktorrent/1.3.0-1
