caffeine doesn't start (mint 14 kde)

I try caffeine on my linux mint 14 kde and he doesn't start. First time this is been because two packgages isnt install, and when i do it, i have this error:

i got same problem under kubuntu 13.04

before i saw this bug i've tried resolve this problem like Bug #889705. but i didn't give any results.

I am running Kubuntu 13.04 and caffeine fails at the command line. I added the packages in Bug #889705 (gir1.2-notify-0.7 and gir1.2-appindicator3-0.1), and installed libgdk-pixbuf2.0 and libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev as well. I get exactly the same error.

This requires gir1.2-gdkpixbuf-2.0. I have added this dependency (via gir1.2-gtk-2.0, another required dependency); thanks.
