Bug Description
I have a Logitech H600 wireless head phone. When I remove the radio USB stick, my Lenovo X220 freezes. It becomes completely inoperable, and all I can do is shut down with the power button. The behavior is reproduceable.
Though I have been doing this radio removal on a regular basis (say, once a week), I saw the crash only in the last week or so. I do update the 12.04 system diligently. Please let me know which package I should look at.
I don't see the problem when I remove the radio stick for my (also logitech) mouse.
