Simplified Chinese language pack for kde missing in quantal

Bug Description

This package language-pack-kde-zh-hans is present in every distribution except quantal, and it is also present in raring. So I think this is a bug that this package is missing in quantal. This bug makes me unable to configure Chinese input.

I report the bug under language-pack-kde-zh-hant simply because the simplified Chinese counterpart is not present. I cannot report a bug to a package that is not present. So please consider this as a bug. Thanks!
