Shotwell not adding gmail and flikr to publishing list

Bug Description

When you activate the plugins, and try to publlish, shotwell opens a 'system settings' page and you can no t add items such as picassa web or facebook subsequent to an upgrade to Lubuntu 12.11.

Ubuntu modified Shotwell to use their Ubuntu Online Accounts (UOA) feature. I suspect Lubuntu doesn't have UOA installed by default. See http://askubuntu.com/questions/215249/xubuntu-upload-photos-to-facebook-or-picasa-via-shotwell for more information. Also see bug #1078642 for Ubuntu's work on this.
