Bug Description
Linux Mint Nadia Edition Cinnamon 64-bit
After selecting user and entering password in MDM my computer (core i7 + nvidia graphic card with propietary drivers installed) takes 39 seconds to show the desktop (always).. During this period, there is an intense use of the hard drive.
I installed LightDM to see if that was the problem, but the problem persists.
For comparison reasons, in Ubuntu 12.10 the transition from LightDM to the desktop takes only 4 seconds.
