save-as does not change the docname

When using save-as, the sodipodi:docname item retains the filename of the original. It would make sense for it to reflect the new filename, as it will if it gets opened and saved again without save-as.

I can confirm this happening as well with Inkscape 0.48.3 and 0.48.4 using Windows 7 x64.

Fixed in current trunk (11562), linking report as duplicate to bug #1024690 “svg property "sodipodi:docname" is not updated when saving file as a new name”.

Please add a comment and revert the duplicate status if you don't agree and think these are different issues.
