Bug Description

I used the all-pages-search-tool (Ctrl+Shift+F) to find the string "world" – and found nothing.

I started from the command line "grep -r world zim2" - and found:

1) zim2/DiagrammTest/diagram.dot: c [label="hello,\nworld",color=blue,fontsize=24,
2) zim2/Telefonliste.txt: <email address hidden> [mailto:<email address hidden>]

( Back to Zim:
Ctrl+F "world" in DiagrammTest: nothing found
Ctrl+F "world" in Telefonliste: mail address found ! )

I would like the all-pages-search-tool (Ctrl+Shift+F) to search through .dot files, because the diagram might contain important text.

When I was testing the newest version of zim (before writing this bug report), I found the 2nd issue, the mail address not found.

(zim 0.58, Ubuntu)

3) Ctrl+Shift+F "page1" doesn't find the page with the link [[page1]]

4) Ctrl+Shift+F "text2" finds the page with the link [[page2|text2]] , good. But Ctrl+Shift+F "page2" doesn't find it.

I would like the all-pages-search-tool (Ctrl+Shift+F) to find page names in links.
