Bug Description

I'm using Stellarium 0.11.4 (64 bit)on a win7 Pro, i7 w 8GB RAM. I notices what doesn't look right: at ~5'55"" SE of Tau Ceti (starting from RA/Dec (J2000) 1 hr44m25.25'/-15 deg 53'12.4" to 1hr44m9.5'/-15deg50'46.0") there appears to be an arc of roughly 36 stars in a very perfect arc. I suspect this may be a processing artifact, as I cannot recall ever seeing nor hearing about this.

Otherwise, a brilliant work- thank you!

BTW, to see it, you do need to zoom in a bit. FOV < ~0.5 degrees, but very obvious at FOV 0.2 degs

Just installed Stellarium 0.12.0 64 bit version. Problem with the arc of stars around tau Ceti is actually worse. The arc continues further than in the previous version. Problem becomes increasingly apparent when FOV<0.6 degrees. At ~0.2 degs, it is apparent that the arc continues further than in v 0.11.4

Just downloaded the version 0.13 - yeah, awesome! Alexander

Tau Ceti looks civil, very smooth operation over all.

Thank you for all your hard work.

Will there be a 64 bit version at some stage?

Though the 32 bit seems to run perfectly well.

I like it. A lot.
