Kernel Oops: Bluetooth stack fails

Bug Description

My bluetooth stack works most of the time, but occasionally it will simply stop working and when I look in dmesg there is an oops ( EIP: [<c1037a58>] __ticket_spin_lock+0x8/0x30 SS:ESP 0068:f64b1efc). Full oops output and dmesg leading up to it attached. lspci output also attached.
