Readers may want to report bugs about the guide. Put a sentence somewhere at the top about how to do this and a URL to the packaging bug list. Make it easier to elicit feedback please.

I didn't see it until you pointed it out, no. I was also looking at http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/singlehtml. I almost always opt for the "single page" version of anything so I don't have jump around. So perhaps a sentence that say something like: "We value your feedback, suggestions, which you can report at <url>. This url will also be available at the bottom of each webpage so you don't have to memorize it."

Btw, the guide has improved considerably since I last read it. I plan on some quality time curled up with a bash shell and this document. I'm just wild/crazy like that. Stand back!

I'm going to add some text linking to the LP page to the index page. This will also be good for the epub and pdf versions which don't have the same footer as the html one.
