Bug Description
Currently, unity does a full-screen redraw every time a nux window has to be updated, whether that's as a result of compiz damage underneath it or as a result of it updating itself. It also does QueueDraw every time there's compiz damage underneath it, which is almost never necessary, as we just need to present the render target to the screen.
