Bug Description

The page -- http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/5.5/management/innodb_fast_index_creation.html#disabling-fast-index-creation needs to be more clear in that:

1. For expand_fast_index_creation to work, fast_index_creation needs to be enabled as well.

2.

"""
This feature implements a session variable that disables fast index creation. This causes indexes to be created in the way they were created before fast index creation was implemented. While this is slower, it avoids the problem of data dictionary inconsistency between MySQL and InnoDB.
"""

That inconsistency won't be there if both fast_index_creation and
expand_fast_index_creation are enabled.

3. Some or all of the caveats mentioned in http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/5.5/management/innodb_expanded_fast_index_creation.html#caveats apply here as well.

4. Add http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=61146 to caveats if possible.
