The 1.10, that code wrote a "1" to the mixxx.cfg if there was no previous tooltip setting, which now corresponds to "On (Library Only)". Since this only affects upgrading users, I would say it's low priority then...

Fixed, now the mixxx.cfg format is 0 for off, 1 for on, and 2 for on (library only). This should be compatible with 1.10.x which was 1 for on and 0 for off.
