progress value is not correct by paused dls

If a download is paused and qBittorrent is getting started, the progress of the download is at 0.0%.
After starting the download the progress gets up to the real value.
It would be nice if the real progress value is always shown.

some general informations:
version: qBittorrent v0.9.2
os: Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn)

Ok, I commited a fix. It wasn't that hard after all :)

I have just compiled the trunk and it works! :-)

As Info:
To compile the trunk i had to edit the ui_options.h.
The Classes "QHBoxLayout" and "QVBoxLayout" have only the funktion setMargin instead of setLeftMargin,setRightMargin,setTopMargin and setBottomMargin.
