Bug Description

I have Ubuntu 12.04 and "Gnome Classic" installed (and this only happens in Gnome Classic mode).

When I Select a main menu (Applications->Internet, or any other menu Item) a sub-menu pops up with all the goodies you would expect. If I then click on the main menu item (Internet) again the sub menus disappear (just like I would expect). If I click the main menu item (Internet) a third time the sub menu is displayed ONLY if the mouse button is HELD down.

Is there a way to have the sub menus operate like they did on 10.04LTS. That is every time you click AND release on the main menu item, the sub menu toggles between visible and hidden. No need to hold down the mouse button.

Thanks for any help!

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1090736/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.
