wrong bitmap sampling at bitmap export

Bug Description

I include multiple bitmaps and put them next to each other, everything snapped to a pixel grid.
When I export a selection (with perfect integer values and default 90dpi), the transparent background comes through between two bitmaps.
Setting the oversampling to 'none' shows the problem best, it is well visible with the default '2x2' and still noticeable with '16x16' but strongly reduced then.

I also tried pixel snap and first ran into a problem with it not snapping correctly when the layer has a global translation, so I removed it manually in the xml. Then pixel snap seems to work ok. Still the export problem occurs.

Note that filled rectangles (i.e. not bitmaps) are producing the expected results.

Rperoduced with Inkscape 0.48.1, 0.48.3.1, 0.48.x r9938
Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48+devel r11955 on OS X 10.7.4 (see attached exported bitmap image).

Note: with current stable, also reproducible with 'Edit > Bitmap Copy':
1) make a bitmap copy of each (unproportionally) scaled embedded bitmap image:
--> the bitmap copies have no transparencies
2) select all 4 original embedded bitmap images and make a bitmap copy:
--> the bitmap copy has two vertical semi-transparent pixel columns

thank you, that was quick (a +/- 1 issue?) - looking forward to 0.49 :)
