Bug Description

Full screen video played behind unity launcher and panel.
Totem, smplayer and VLC all the same.

Using the compiz-experimental-ppa with Ubuntu 12.10.

Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 550 Ti.
Driver: 313.09.

When going full screen, Totem or Unity Top panel appears as a translucid bar in Totem videos
