ices dependencies problems

I am trying to install ices on Ubuntu 12.04

If I try to install ices using:
apt-get install ices

i get the following output:

I seguenti pacchetti hanno dipendenze non soddisfatte:
 ices : Dipende: libmp4v2-0 (>= 1:1.6dfsg) ma non è installabile
        Dipende: libperl5.12 (>= 5.12.4) ma non è installabile

I translate form italian:

The following packages have not satisfied dependencies:
ices: depends: libmp4v2-0 (>= 1:1.6dfsg) but it is not installable
  depends: libperl5.12 (>= 5.12.4) but it is not installable
