Bug Description
Problem: contact information not appearing if you edit an existing customer and fill its contact information
Steps:
1. Go to Sales => Leads form view:
2. In the customer field, quick add a Customer (do not enter any contact information)
3. edit that customer, and add contact information (address...) and apply: the contact information is not propagated
3. Select another customer (the contact info changes in the lead form), then select the customer you had created => now the contact information for this customer appears

Hello Gilles,
I have faced the same problem when update the address of exist partner. otherwise It's work fine with " on_change " and "create & edit" option. so I am confirm this Issue with medium Importance.
