[Column View] On Window resize, assign free space to note

When footnote's window is resized, the with of the Notebooks sidebar and note-view column/ sidebar is kept fixed as long as possible. This behaviour is ok when the window is made smaller as the note-view is kept as wide as possible during the window resize. But when the window-width is increased, the newly available space is assigned to the note-list column instead of the note-view column, which is a waist of space.
