Bug Description

The output-TIMESTAMP directory should also contain a file that shows:
 * the getlicenses version
 * the execution arguments, so that those who evaluate the generated output will know what they are for (was a manifest used? was geticenses pointed at a directory for copyrights or did it use the systems /usr/share/doc/ dir? etc)
