Bug Description

When choosing "Install Kubuntu"on the live cd, the process runs for a few seconds and freezes at Microsoft wireless keyboard recognition. A power down is required to reboot the pc, since all input devices are unresponsive. The install procedure failed exactly at the same point in the process using a wired standard keyboard as well.
I'm unable to attach any /var/log files, since the system is totally unresponsive after the computer freezes.
