3G connection is established, but no data is transferred -- ZTE MF 118

Bug Description

The connection is established properly and signal is strong, yet I cannot access any websites or other network service. Using ZTE MF 118 on 3G Mobile Broadband (Aircel INDIA). Worked when connected with sakis3g script.

My Ubuntu version is Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 64-bit and network-manager version is 0.9.4.0. Modem-manager version is 0.5.2.0.

Please try with latest stable ModemManager 0.6.x, and get debug logs:
