Bug Description

unity 6.10.0-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu 12.10

1. Switch to a guest session.
2. Open the Dash.
3. Click the Applications button.
4. Click any other lens button.
5. Click the Applications button again.

What happens:
3. The Dash goes blank.
5. The Applications lens populates properly.

What should happen:
3. The Applications lens populates properly.

A similar thing happens with the Music lens, bug 1045770.

Seems to be the case only in 12.04 with Unity2d (and not always). Works fine in Unity in 12.04 and 13.10.
