preload doesn't start after shutting down (duplicate index)

Bug Description

After shutting down, i always get this errors:

 sudo tail -f /var/log/preload.log

[Tue Dec 11 09:24:54 2012] failed reading state from /var/lib/preload/preload.state: line 1715: duplicate index

I have to delete all lines in preload.state, except the first line (PRELOAD 0.6.4 25040). Deleting preload.state will cause "file not found" error. After doing this, preload works again.
I tried to delete the duplicate lines, but then there are other errors. Just an example, there are a lot of other "duplicates" in preload.state:
