Macro enabled presentations are not shown in the open file dialogue. I believe this is because the extension for such files is .pptm
Rather than just adding the extension we should also test that Macro enables Power points show up correctly.

I tried having a look at this, but it appears OpenLP does not like PowerPoint 2013, well the trial anyway.
