Bug Description

In the Bernina ABe 4/4 II EMU, downloadable from here http://rhbformsts.spoorpunt.nl/ABe44II.php?m=1 , the speedometer needle is not placed in the correct position and does not rotate correctly in ORTS.
In the attached .zip file you can find 3 pictures:
Needle0_ORTS.jpg shows the needle in ORTS at speed 0;
Needle38_ORTS.jpg shows the needle in ORTS at speed 38 kph;
Nedle0_MSTS.jpg shows the needle in MSTS at speed 0, in correct position.
The needle .ace file is 131x131. In the .cvf file it is resized to 81x81, with pivot=40 (approximate center of reduced .ace file). This is OK for MSTS, that correctly rotates the needle around its centre, but not for ORTS (if instead I define in the .cvf file a dimension of 131x131 and set pivot=65 ORTS works correctly, but the needle is of course too big).

Do you still see this problem in the newer code?
