Department Name Change: Roma Initiatives to Roma Initiatives Office

Bug Description

We need to change a Department name on the OSF People tab. 'Roma Initiatives' (https://karl.soros.org/people/osi/c2/r2/roma-initiatives/) should be changed to 'Roma Initiatives Office'. I already changed the entry in GSA, so the report is showing the correct people, we only have to change the department name on the report and the name on the main OSF page.

Jim, I know that M124 is the place we are putting things that we don't work on until we have budget again in January, but perhaps you can go ahead and do this one.

I seem to be having a problem picking up the members in Roma Initiatives Office. Is there a way to check GSA?
