Bug Description
The beat markers can barely be seen. This is an issue with all skins. It might be ok if you are near the monitor, but if looking from a distance and/or with difficult lighting conditions it is nearly impossible to make out the beat markers on a moving waveform.
I propose to change the beat markers as follows:
* Remove alpha transparency from <BeatColor>. Make them solid and thick as the <AxesColor> in <Visual>
* Make the vertical <AxesColor> in <Visual> just like the play position <MarkerColor> in <Overview>. A nice solid line with a black outline for better contrast against the (multi-color) waveform.
Elite bonus points if we`d display an extra downbeat marker ;-)

Seconded. My solution was to just change the opacity of the beats in waveformrenderb eat.cpp from 0.4 and 0.6 to 0.8 and 0.9. I can commit that if other people have an issue with the beats being too light
