Improve visibility of beat markers in the waveform display

Bug Description

The beat markers can barely be seen. This is an issue with all skins. It might be ok if you are near the monitor, but if looking from a distance and/or with difficult lighting conditions it is nearly impossible to make out the beat markers on a moving waveform.

I propose to change the beat markers as follows:
* Remove alpha transparency from <BeatColor>. Make them solid and thick as the <AxesColor> in <Visual>
* Make the vertical <AxesColor> in <Visual> just like the play position <MarkerColor> in <Overview>. A nice solid line with a black outline for better contrast against the (multi-color) waveform.

Elite bonus points if we`d display an extra downbeat marker ;-)

Seconded. My solution was to just change the opacity of the beats in waveformrenderbeat.cpp from 0.4 and 0.6 to 0.8 and 0.9. I can commit that if other people have an issue with the beats being too light

OK I upped the opacity. If it's still to hard to see, feel free to reopen the bug.
