Mounting the SSH file server worked in Ubuntu 12.04 but crashes Nautilus in 12.10.

Although Nautilus crashes, the SSH share is mounted under /run/user/alpo/gvfs/ and files can be accessed via command line. Accessing it or any subfolder in Nautilus causes the crash. It can be unmounted by Nautilus without crashing.

Affects Ubuntu 13.04 with Nautilus 3.6.3-0ubuntu16. Connecting to FTP server doesn't crash Nautilus.

The bug is years old without activity nor recent similar report, closing as deprecate. You can open a new bug if that's still an issue though
