Bug Description
Right now if we're downloading an image, we do it before Machine logging is setup, so there can be a big delay with no output at the beginning of a provisioning job.

I believe the situation has changed since the bug was reported.
In run_utah_tests.py I see that logging is configured now before the machine
and the ISO objects are created. It should be easy to get a logger named, for
example, 'utah.iso' and add whatever logging is missing to provide progress
information to the user.
