Merge Snapshot diff link does not exist

The diff link in the snapshot comment of the following requests produces a 404 error:

Fixed in taker.py. builds.linaro is obsolete and should refer to cbuild.validation.linaro.org/snapshots/

Bonus points: the diff generator was dropped during the move. Fixed.
