gstream video decoder only plays audio, no video

i downloaded gstreamer video decoders for playing avi videos. but after download, it only plays audio with a black screen not showing videos associated with the audio

Thank you for your bug. Does it happen with any avi file? Do you have any error on the command line if you run totem there?

Even if I were to install ALL gstreamer plugins (Latest from Synaptic Package and AutoMatix 2) All Real Video can only play audio, no video shown.It will ask user to find packages from repository to install the plugin required even I had installed as I mentioned. However, in Totem Xine, Video is shown but no audio with the same Real Video files and nothing is being prompted. (Any on the net will do,actually.)
The attachment is one of the example only.
Windows Media Video (Excluding avi files but include wmv etc) files are not affected by this bug.

Totem downloaded gstreamer MMS protocol support automatically, but with either browser plug-in or externally playing ("open with") I only see black screen with proper audio. Also switch to deinterlace and see green screen with proper audio.
