Week 49 - Panel heading on monitor 1 disappears when dash is open in monitor 2

Week 49 - Ubuntu 12.10 quantal with ppa:unity-team/sru

Issue: When dash is open in monitor 1, if an application is open in monitor 2, the panel heading corresponding to this application vanishes even though the dash is open in monitor 1.

Not sure if this is expected behaviour?

Test steps:
Have 2 monitors with launchers on each and have 1 application open and active on each monitors.

1 Click on the first item of the launcher icon on monitor 1 to show the dash --> Observe the panel heading area on monitor 2 where dash is not open but panel heading displaying name of the open application vanishes.

2 Now click on the first item of the other launcher on monitor 2 to open the dash --> Observe panel heading on monitor 1

Seems to happen similarly in at least Unity 6.10, but not sure what's the designed intended behavior.
