Bug Description

I receive the following error causing my puppet agent run to fail

err: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Invalid parameter glance_host at /etc/puppet/manifests/core.pp:177 on node control03.dmz-pod2.lab

The variable needs to be defined in the core manifest or the openstack::controller manifest.
