Bug Description

Please sync infiniband-diags 1.6.1-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

The version of infiniband-diags currently in Ubuntu is very out of date. If we
update opensm (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libibumad/+bug/1087374)
then infiniband-diags should be updated as well, since it currently depends on
the old soname for libopensm.

This exact packaging is built and working for precise and quantal in my
ppa: https://launchpad.net/~roland.dreier/+archive/ppa
