Bug Description
UTAH is not connecting to the raring desktop VM clients and there fore running post installation tests and collecting the logs are failing.
This issue was assumed to be due to the issue in bug 1084064. But this bug has been fixed and we are still seeing the problem of not connecting.
This issue is blocking the smoke tests of raring desktops.
