Bug Description
At this point the plugin needs to install into the users home directory. For future users this can be accomplished by adding the necessary bits into /etc/skel however for current users remains a bit of a challenge. For the script to properly auto load into xchat the users ~/.xchat2 needs to be touched via the deb package. Not sure what the workaround for this is yet.
Also need to add remove scripts to undo whatever we modified / added mentioned above for when the user apt-get purges.
