Bug Description
All the gEDA/gaf source files need to have their copyright headers updated with the year they were last modified. Maybe we need a tool for this?

The attached simple script can be used for this. It changes all
the lines containing "Copyright (C) ... gEDA developers" (or "...
contributors") in any file in the repository.
