Bug Description

Ubuntu Fiesty Fawn 7.04 (and also previous versions)

Nvidia 6150 chipset Samsung Syncmaster 970p connected via VGA cable

Ubuntu launches in 800x600 (default for the screen is 1280x1024) with 60 Hz and screen is partially moved left from visible area. As Samsung has no settings for image, Ubuntu is nearly useless on this configuration.
