Bug Description
In some cases PortAdmin shows the wrong available vlans. When a Cisco trunk has all vlans tagged as allowed, all vlans will be displayed in PortAdmin.
This happens because PortAdmin has it's own logic for finding available vlans, because it want to be up to date. A solution to this is to use the NAV database for allowed vlans as a more sane logic is implemented there. This will lead to a delay between updating the switch and the changes being displayed in PortAdmin, as NAV does periodic updates, but a correct display of available vlans is deemed more important.
