Bug Description
pysctp is Python bindings for SCTP protocol sockets.
It's used to simplify programming with these next generation transport services (same level as TCP and UDP, multihomed, multistreamed, etc...).
SCTP is present since Kernel 2.6 in Linux.
It is present by default in Ubuntu.
It is used for high performance networking applications and servers (daemons).
pysctp package/recipe is currently available on gentoo.
