Bug Description
After upgrading to 12.10, when I first run Gwibber, my Twitter info is displayed for an instance and disappeared. I'm directed to online accounts configuration. There were no Twitter accounts in my online accounts. I tried to add one, but couldn't. When I click on Twitter a new panel for OAuth appears but nothing happens and in a second I'm back at online account configuration window.
My diagnostic suggests that the reason of this failure is Gnome online accounts can not establish an SSL connection with Twitter API. (See syslog-twitter below) The fact that this bug has not been reported yet might suggest that it is related to Turkish systems, similar to a bug in Ubuntu One where client can not authenticate due to invalid CA certificate (Bug #997326)
I found out that similar things happen with Facebook, Windows Live and Foursquare too. However an error message is displayed in these cases and I think they are different problems.
I'm attaching the syslog output generated while trying to add each of these accounts.
