s3 bucket name length restriction

Hi,

I am using goamz/s3 pkg to create buckets. I'm appending a random hex number in the bucket name, which sometimes exceeds the max character length for a bucket name[1], which is 63.

I think the s3test pkg could validate the bucket name before sending the request to amazon.
